Ingredients For String Hopper (Idiyappam) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a flour in a deep vessel & add salt to it & mix well. Make a well in the centre. Boil water in a sauce pan.
  • 2. Once it comes to a roaring boil. add it in the flour well. Mix together with a wooden ladle.
  • 3. After proper mixing, keep it closed for few minutes. Steam water in an idly pot.
  • 4. With the idiyappam press make small idiyappams & steam for few minutes. Once it is done remove & transfer to another vessel.
  • 5. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
