Ingredients For Stuffed baingan potatoes sabji n rotla recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a small bowl, and add besan sav(grind it) in it after that add all half spices n oil. Mix it nicely. stuffing masala is ready.
  • 2. Cutting potatoes n brinjal in middle and put stuff masala in it.
  • 3. Take a pressure cooker, and heat oil. Now add mustard n cumin seeds. When it popped up than add tomatoes in it.
  • 4. Now add potatoes and brinjal and remaining spices in n add little water. Covered the lid n make 4 whistle.
  • 5. Sprinkle some coriander leaves n ready to serve.
  • 6. Take bajra flour n add some salt and added little water and make soft dough.
  • 7. Take a big portion and press it with the help of your palm n make rotla.
  • 8. Heat mud tava and roasted rotla in medium flame both sides, apply Ghee or butter on it and served with sabji.
