Prepare the tomatoes by hollowing out the pulp.

Heat oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, red chilli powder and fry.

Add garam masala, black salt, salt and dry mango powder to the mashed potatoes and fry for 2 minutes while stirring the spices. Stuffing is ready.

Stuff the tomatoes.

To fry the stuffed tomatoes, add 4 teaspoons of oil and salt in the pan and mix. Fry the tomatoes on low flame for 15 minutes until they become soft.

Prepare paste of tomato, cashew nuts, green chillies, ginger and spleen.

For gravy, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, fennel, asafoetida and fry.

Add tomato, green chilli, ginger, cashew nuts, spleen paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, sugar powder, mawa and fry till the gravy releases oil.

Add 1 cup water, salt and green coriander in the gravy and mix. Fry the gravy on low flame for 10 minutes. Add stuffed tomatoes in gravy and mix.

Delicious stuffed tomatoes garnished with cheese and green coriander and served with paratha, naan or rice.
