Ingredients For SUJI APPAM RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add suji,curd and salt and mix it well. Add two cup of water and mix well.
  • 2. Keep aside for fifteen minutes. When batter is thick so that you can add water.
  • 3. Add eno, salt and mix well. Heat non stick pan and grease with butter.
  • 4. Add one spoon batter and don`t spread . Grease some butter and cover it and cook in a slow flame.
  • 5. Cook only one side. Serve hot with chana dal and peanuts chutney.
