Cake is pretty popular Indian cake, suji cake is really easy to make at homes does not require any special equipment or expertise, which makes it a perfect beginner's cake.

In a bowl add curd, powdered sugar, oil mix it well. Add semolina mix it well again, now add all purpose flour again mix and apply cut and fold method.

Now add little by little milk add baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence mix it well. Now prepare pourable consistancy cake batter.

Now take a cake tin and place a butter paper inside it and now grease with oil. Now transfer mix into the cake tin. Tap to remove air bubbles.

Garnish with tooty fruity. Now take a heavy based tawa and let it heat for 7-8 minutes. Place the cake tin on the tawa. Cover with glass lid properly. Bake on a medium flame for 40-50 minutess.

Check with a knife. The knife is clean. The cake is baked perfectly. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Insert knife and seperate edges.

Place a plate and demould cake by tapping. Remove the butter paper. Cake is ready.
