1.
Heat the ghee and fry the semolina and the wheat flour on very low flame till it is aromatic and has a golden brown colour.

Dissolve the sugar, powdered cardamoms and saffron in water. Add this syrup to the semolina and cook it on low flame, stirring continuously, till the semolina dries.
3.
Keep on a preheated tawa for 5-7 mins and let it simmer.
