In a mixing bowl add suji,all purpose flour and desi ghee.mux well and make a daugh like paratha by adding lukewarm milk in batches.cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Add water and sugar in a pan and make sugar syrup of 2 string.

Add ghee in a kadai and make it medium hot.Add 1/4 tsp hot ghee to the prepared daugh and smooth it by applying enough pressure by hands.Divide the daugh in 15 equal parts and make it flattened round by keeping them between two palms.

Fry the prepared matthari in medium hot oil till it becomes golden brown from both the sides and are perfectly cooked.
5.
Deep the fried mathri in a prepared sugar syrup(hot) for 3 to 4 minutes.Then remove the Mathris from the sugar syrup and place them in a plate seperately to cool down.
6.
Enjoy the sweet mathri after it cools down completely.
