Methods
  • 1. Take flour in a big bowl.
  • 2. Knead soft dough by adding water and ghee.
  • 3. Keep it aside for 10 minutes by covering it.
  • 4. Take a ball of dough, roll it full and make a big round.
  • 5. Spread ghee, sprinkle salt, kasoori methi.
  • 6. Now make plates and roll it .
  • 7. Make a round again. spin it and make a round.
  • 8. Brush it with water on one side.
  • 9. Put it on pre heated tawa.
  • 10. Water side should be on tawa.
  • 11. Turn the tawa on the flame and roast this parantha.
  • 12. Serve it hot with butter.
