Methods
  • 1. Sift together flour and soda twice, keep aside.
  • 2. Cream together butter and jaggery. Add salt, curd and thandai powder, mix well.
  • 3. Mix in sifted flour, gently bring together the dough.
  • 4. Roll the dough into a thin sheet, cut into desired shape.
  • 5. Arrange on a baking tray.
  • 6. Bake at 170°C pre heated otg for 10 to 12 min.
