This Mediterranean bowl os a colourful and full of nutrition. It is a complete meal in itself. Traditionally falafel is prepared using chickpeas, here I have given a my twist to the recipe and used moong beans instead of chickpeas which is easy for digestion and a good source of protein and also helping in weight loss.
