Mix well together aata,maida,suji, coconut, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, ghi and sugar.

Knead with help of milk.rest for 15 minutes atleast.dough should be like harder than Chapati. Make shape of leaf and design the leafy part with knife as per your choice or use thekua mould. Heat oil in a kadai

Once it become very hot put it on a maximum low flame. Put the raw thekua for frying.

When it becomes golden brown you should take out the help of strainer and keep it on tissue paper to soak extra oil. Let it be cool then store in airtight container for month. Fry on very low flame for better taste
