Ingredients For Traditional Aloo Pyaj curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Tack a pan add refind oil For frying add potatoes and fry them .remove from pan and add onion n frying it also .
  • 2. Now tack grinder jar add onion pices ,garlic cloves ,ginger,tomatoes and 1/2tsp cumin seeds grind it and mack fine paste .
  • 3. Now tack same pan add 1tbsp oil add cloves ,cumin seeds ,n cloves crackel it.now add blended paste
  • 4. Saute for 5min add dry spices ,sautec1min and add 2tbsp ghee ,its give taste n fragrance aromatic .
  • 5. Now add fry potatoes n onion mix it well add fenugreek pwdr add littil water cover for 5to 6min.
  • 6. Ready for serve ..enjoye with Bejar roti n pickle .
