For green layer: Take 1 teaspoon desi cow ghee and 1 bowl green chickpeas and saute using oil in a pan. Add sugar and make thick paste. Take it out and roll it up.

For white layer: Remove skin of almond and make paste of it. After that take a pan and add paste to it, add sugar to make it soft and fluffy. Add milk powder to it and white layer is done.

For saffron layer: Take a half full fat milk and boil it after adding sugar. Once boiled add saffron to get thick residue of milk. Add milk powder to make this fluffy saffron layer sweet in taste.

Take green layer roll and coat it with white layer, followed by saffron layer roll on it. Now this leaves three layered roll. A delicious and organic and natural tricolor milk roll is ready to serve.
