Ingredients For TRICOLOR DOSA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add wheat flour,rava,rice flour,all purpose flour and salt and mix well.Add one cup of water and make dosa batter.Heat one spoon oil in a pan add green chilly,onion,ginger,cumin seeds,curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well saute for one minutes and mix into the batter.
  • 2. Rest for 10 - 20 minutes. Divide the batter into three parts and mix orange food color in one batter and green food color in other batter
  • 3. Heat oil in a non stick pan.Add one tbsp dosa batter and spread it.
  • 4. Drizzle one tsp oil and cover it.Flip it and cook both the sides.Serve hot.
