Take a mixing bowl add flour, salt , carom seeds, cumin powder and 2-3 tsp oil. Mix it well.

Divide the mixture into 3 parts . Add spinach puree in one part, tomato puree in second and third part will remain as it is. Knead little hard dough from each part.Keep aside for 10 minutes.
3.
Roll puris from dough . Heat oil in a wok. On medium flame deep fry all the puris.
