Ingredients For Tricolour Rasgulla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a wide pot add water and sugar . Let it boil.
  • 2. Take a big plate . Add chena and maida. Knead and mash it. Make a smooth dough. Don’t over knead it.
  • 3. Divide the dough into equal parts. Make small smooth balls from it.
  • 4. In boiling sugar syrup add chena balls one by one. Cover it with lid. Cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
  • 5. They will double in size when completely cooked. Turn off the flame, but don’t open the lid at least 25 minutes.
  • 6. Add rose syrup in it.
  • 7. Now divide the rasgullas into three equal parts with sugar syrup.
  • 8. Add saffron in one part . The rasgullas will take its saffron colour.
  • 9. Add green food colour in second part.
  • 10. Leave the third part as it is. Our tri colour rasgullas are ready. Keep it in refrigerator for1 hrs.
