Methods
  • 1. Take one pan and put milk and milk powder in it and boil it. Now add cornflour and add more two tablespoon milk and mix it. Then add cardamom powder and sugar. Then after some boils off the stove.
  • 2. Now take a glass dish. Make a one layer with with rusk. And then add sugar syrup to it. Now on top of it add the boiled milk. Then put coconut powder, chopped almonds and pistachios.
  • 3. Again repeat the process.
  • 4. Put it in the fridge to set it up.
  • 5. Mouthwatering Umm Ali is ready.
