Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the suji. Keep it aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add urad dal, Chana dal , mustard seeds, when mustard seeds starts crackle add green chilli, onion, curry leaves .
  • 3. Saute it till onions become translucent. Add capsicum, salt and black pepper powder. Cook till capsicum becomes soft.
  • 4. Add 3 cups of water. Give it boil. Gradually add roasted suji. Stir continuously. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • 5. When suji absorb all the water , turn off the flame.
  • 6. Serve it hot.
