Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a wok . Add mustard seeds, when it starts crackle, add green chili, curry leaves, urad dal , Chana dal. SautĂ© .
  • 2. Add chopped onion. Saute it. Add capsicum and sweet corn . Cook it.
  • 3. Add salt , kali mirch and rava . Roast it. Till color becomes little change.
  • 4. Add hot water. Stir continuesly. Add lemon juice in it. Turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves.
