  • 1. 1. Firstly wash poha 1 or 2 time than leave for 10 min
  • 2. 2. take pan heat oil than oil is heat add mustard and cumin .
  • 3. 3. add some onion and fry until they broun and add ginger chilli and garlic pest and tomato Cook for 5 min and all dry masala.
  • 4. 4.When cook masala add mung bean sprouts and water and cover with dhakkan for 10 min and ur ussal is ready.Now we cook poha
  • 5. 5. We take a pan heat oil and add rai and souf add onion and chilli And wait until fry .
  • 6. 6.Add trumric power and salt and add poha cook it with cover for 5-8 min. Poha ready
