In a mixing bowl add rawa , curd and salt mix it well. Keep aside for 20 minutes. Add water to make a thick but flowing consistency. Mix it well.

In another bowl mix all the vegetables.

Heat the nonstick pan on a medium-high flame. When the pan is hot, pour the batter and spread a bit gently. Sprinkle the vegetables and press with a spatula. add little oil and cook on medium heat.

When rava uttapam leaving the pan, then flip it and cook. Flip back and cook until the rava uttapam turns lightly Crisp.
