Ingredients For Vanilla Cream sponge Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take eggs and sugar in a bowl and add vanilla essence .
  • 2. Whisk all the ingredients by hand whisker or electric beater . Beats till it become fluffy.
  • 3. When the mixture became fluffy and flour and baking powder with the help of Sieve.
  • 4. After sieveing flour and baking Powder in mixture add 1tsp oil and use cut and fold method to make a batter.
  • 5. Grease the cake tin and cover it with butter paper . Preheat your oven at 200°c for 20 min.
  • 6. After covering cake tin
  • 7. pour batter in the cake tin .
  • 8. Then place your cake tin in oven and bake it at 180°c for 30 to 40 min
  • 9. after 30 min check with toothpick wether your cake is baked or not.
  • 10. For checking prick in the middle of the the cake with toothpick if toothpick cones out sticky
  • 11. bake it again for 5-10 min
  • 12. Take a bowl and whisk the cream till hard peak . And store it in fridger.
  • 13. Once your cake perfectly baked take it out and place it on cooling rack
  • 14. After 20 min. Cut cke into 3 equal slicese . Take the thick slice for the base of the cake
  • 15. Apply sugar syrup and then apply whipped cream . Repeat this process .
  • 16. At last cover your cake with remaining whipped Cream
  • 17. Decorate with sprinklers and chilled for minimum 1 hour then serve it.
