In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped capsicum, onion, chopped ginger green chilli, bread, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix everything well.

Add cornflour and mix. In a stick, make cylindrical shape cutlets. You can make any shape of cutlets now coat cutlets with corn flakes.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry all prepared cutlets. Fry till they turn golden brown in colour and crispy. Remove from heat and keep it in paper napkins. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
