Ingredients For Veg Cutlet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped capsicum, onion, chopped ginger green chilli, bread, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix everything well.
  • 2. Add cornflour and mix. In a stick, make cylindrical shape cutlets. You can make any shape of cutlets now coat cutlets with corn flakes.
  • 3. Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry all prepared cutlets. Fry till they turn golden brown in colour and crispy. Remove from heat and keep it in paper napkins. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
