In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, green peas, chopped onion, capsicum, ginger-green chili., bread, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and mix everything well.

Add cornflour and Coriander leaves and mix. Make cylindrical shape cutlets. You can make any shape of cutlets.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry all prepared cutlets On medium flame till they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove from heat and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney as your choice.
