Methods
  • 1. To fry the porridge, now heat oil in a cooker, fry cumin, ginger, green chillies, green onions, chopped mixed veg.
  • 2. Now add tomato, salt, red chilli, garam masala and roasted porridge, add 2 cups of water and cover the lid of the cooker, cook for 2 whistles.
  • 3. Now take a bowl and flip the plate and serve it with salad and curd.
