Soak all three beans overnight. Strain, cover and keep them on warm place for 12 hrs for sprouting.

Take sprouted beans in a pan add water and boil for 3-4 mins till tender. After that strain them and grind them to a coarse paste in mixer grinder.

Now take this paste out in a bowl. Add rest of ingredients except oil. Mix well and make dough. Divide this dough in equal portions and make sausages by greasing your palms Then put these sausages in freeze for one hour.

After that take them out and grill them on a grill pan or grill machine without oil from all sides Now Grilled sprout sausages are ready to serve with any dip you like I have served with coriander chutney.
