Ingredients For Vegan falafel with hummus recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak chickpeas overnight or for 8 to 10 hours.
  • 2. In a food processor or mixture jar, add chickpeas , onion , green chilies , garlic , cilantro , cumin seeds and given a crush.
  • 3. Do not blend completely. It should be coarse
  • 4. Take out in a bowl and add chickpeas flour and baking soda and stir it countinuesly until it combine.
  • 5. Put in freezer for 1 hour.
  • 6. With the help of falafel scoop or hands make a small falafels.
  • 7. Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.
