Firstly take one bowl, add besan and salt mix it well , then Add the little water mix nicely , batter consistency are not thick and not thin, it's should have a pouring consistency

Next take one pan, add the 1 tbsp oil and heat it, then add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing once splutter , then add the garlic ginger paste , all vegetables and salt saute for 2-3 mins , turn off gas flame

Now add the gravy into batter mix it well, keep a side for 10-15 minsAfter 10 mins if batter get thickness so add some water and mix well

Heat tawa on medium heat then grease with oil then pour batter , let it cook for 1 to 2 mins and then flip, once cooked from both sides ,remove the pudla from pan. Serve with curd , green and ketchup
