Ingredients For Vietnamese Braised tofu and mushroom recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the tofu in big pieces. Grill it on grill pan.
  • 2. In a pan, add sugar. Add 2 tbsp water and melt it.
  • 3. Once sugar is ceremelized, add sriracha sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and mix. Also add Little water to deglaze it.
  • 4. Now add sliced mushrooms and onions. Once mushroom is done, add grilled tofu.
  • 5. Cover the lid and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  • 6. Sprinkle some spring onions while serving. Serve with steamed rice.
