Mix sugar in hung curd and keep it for some time. Then filter it through muslin cloth. Add cardamom powder, saffron flakes and mix.

Shrikhand is ready. . Now remove the peel and seeds from the watermelon and cut it into small pieces. Now peel the mango, cut it and put it in a mixer jar and grind it. Mango pulp is ready.

Now take a glass. Add watermelon pieces in it, add shrikhand over it, then add watermelon pieces, then add shrikhand. Put mango pulp on it. And garnish with pistachios and watermelon.
