Recipe Notes

1. Don't make dough too soft otherwise it won't be too crispy.2. The more chappati you will place on top of another the layer will be more.

Ingredients For Wheat flour Chirote Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. To make the dough in a large bowl add wheat flour,pinch of salt and hot Nova shudh ghee.
  • 2. Mix everything well and then add water as required to make a dough(neither too hard nor too soft)
  • 3. In the mean while start making the filling.
  • 4. In a bowl add rice flour and Nova shudh ghee mix well to make a creamy and smooth paste.
  • 5. Take the dough and divide it into three equal parts.
  • 6. Start rolling out thin chapatis from each dough.
  • 7. Apply the mixture of ghee and rice flour to each chapati and place it on top of another.
  • 8. Roll the chapatis and close the ends.
  • 9. Cut equal size rolls and Roll the portion to make a medium size Chirote.
  • 10. Deep fry the Chirote one by one.
  • 11. Now generously dust powdered sugar on the fried Chirote.
  • 12. Ready to serve tempting chirote.
