  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and roast till golden and raw smell leaves. It will take around 10 mins
  • 2. Remove it off the heat and add in jaggery and mix well. Once the jaggery melts, spoon it in a greased pan.Top with nuts.Slice into bars.Serve.
