I made this snack recipe as a tea-time snack.I mostly prefer wheat flour instead of using refined flour(Maida).....because wheat flour is much more healthier ingredient than refined flour.So I oftenly use wheat flour for making my recipe.
You can make this recipe with using only wheat flour also.
