Ingredients For Wheat khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak broken Wheat in water for 2 hours and both Dals for half hour.. take a pressure cooker add oil .When oil heat add all dry masala .fry for golden colour then add all spices and chop onion , potato,cabbage chopped,garlic pasteSoak broken Wheat in water for 2 hours ,rice, Dals for half an hour.
  • 2. Then add rice and dal add water.Then take a 3 whistle. When pressure released add coriander,lemon juice.
  • 3. Serve brown rice khichdi with raita,kadhie, salads.now ready to serve.
