Put pan on the stove and open the flame at mideam then put flour in it now roast it until get brown now off the flame.

Now put another pan on the stove and open the flame at mideam now put water in it and put jaggery in it and boil it for 5 - 10 minutes now add roasted flour in it now mix it well for 2 minutes and off the flame and mix it well and make a batter.
3.
Now take a plate and spread the ghee in it and then put the batter in it and spread it well and decorate it with crushed coconut and cut it into pieces. And serve.
