Put sugar in a bowl and stir until sugar dissolves by adding water. Put the flour in the water and sugar solution and stir! until the lumps are gone, now add fennel and food color to it.

Add so much water that the batter becomes thick like pakora batter.

Beat the batter by mixing it well for 4-5 minutes, beat the batter till it becomes very smooth.

Add ghee to a wide-bottomed pan which is less deep and heat it.

Now fill the batter in a spoon and spread it in a round shape in the pan.cook the goods on low and medium flame.

When it becomes light pink, take out the malpua and keep it in a plate. According to the size of the pan, only one Malpua can be cooked at a time.

About 8-10 malts will be made in this mixture. Prepare all the malpuas in the same way.

Malpua is ready, serve it hot or cold with kheer or green coriander chutney, potato vegetable pickle and eat it.
