To make a crispy atta dosa first repair the flour batter.

For this first flour and salt in a bowl ,now make a dosa batter by adding little water ,after this comes the turn to prepare the aloo masala for dosa.

For this take a pan and then put some oil in it. Now at chana dal ,urad dal ,cumin,asofoetida mustard seed hole red chili and temper it .

After that add add curry leaves .take care that take care does not burn . After this add onions to the pan and fry it a little.

Now and turmeric ginger and green chilli to it . Now add boiled and mashed potato to it. Also add salt and red chilli to it and mix it well. Now put the lid on the pan and cook for about a minute.

Remove the lid after a minute . now add chopped coriander in it. Aloo masala is ready .Now take it out in a bowl.

Now to make atta dosa add eno in the flour batter and mix it with very light hands. Now eat the non stick Pan lightly. Now portal of you drop of water in it and light the gas.

Now put some oil in it and a spread the dosa batter with a light hand. When it is slightly roasted, the new adda little oil to it . After sometime the dosa will leave the surface. You pick up the dosa from the some place.

Now spread the potato masala in it after that you fold the dosa your wheat's masala dosa is ready serve it with coconut chutney and sambar .
