Ingredients For Wheat semolina's cheela Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put wheat flour, salt,semolina, curd and turmeric powder in a bowl and add water and mix it well.
  • 2. You can make instant cheela .
  • 3. Now add all the vegetable onions ,capsicum, red shim,green chillies, green coriander and mix everything well.
  • 4. You can add vegetable of your choice.
  • 5. Add the vegetable to the batter and mix, if the water seems a bit thick, add water as needed and mix.
  • 6. Take on non stick Pan and heat the pan on medium frame
  • 7. When the tawa is a hot ,grease the pan with oil.
  • 8. Now spreed 2-3 tbsp better on a hot pan and speed it a little thick.
  • 9. With the help of a spoon, pour a few drops of oil for above and let the cheela cook for below for a few minutes
  • 10. When you see that the top surface of the cheela was changed , turn the chiller over and cook the other side as well.
  • 11. This time keep the frame medium and cook till golden spots appear from the bottom.
  • 12. Take out the cheela from the pan and prepare all the cheelas in the same way
  • 13. Now take a cheela , pour some chaat masala in it and roll it.
  • 14. Cut the role in half and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup of your choice.
