Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients mix add water and make a smooth dough. Yake rests for 10 minutes.Take a dough make a ball apply dust flour then make a parantha.

Take a some dough roll it in to roti.heat a tawa and apply oil on both sides of the roti

If ghee is used it makes the paratha crispy if cooked on low flame.Serve hot.with raita.
