How to make WHOLE MOONG DAL AND ALOO PARATHA RECIPE

Wash and soak whole moong dal over night.

Then drain the water and boil in the pressure cooker with one cup of water and also boil the potato and mash it.

Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, boil whole moong dal,onion,ginger,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,green chilly and salt and mix well.

Now stuffing is ready.

Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds and mix it well.
6.
Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
7.
Divide the dough into a ball and stuff the whole moong dal and potato filling.
8.
On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
