Ingredients For WHOLE MOONG DAL AND ALOO PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak whole moong dal over night.
  • 2. Then drain the water and boil in the pressure cooker with one cup of water and also boil the potato and mash it.
  • 3. Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, boil whole moong dal,onion,ginger,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,green chilly and salt and mix well.
  • 4. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 5. Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds and mix it well.
  • 6. Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
  • 7. Divide the dough into a ball and stuff the whole moong dal and potato filling.
  • 8. On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
  • 9. Serve hot.
