Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add in Yeast , Sugar, lukewarm water mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. In a large bowl add in wheat flour, salt and mix well.
  • 3. Make a well in the centre add in the yeast make sure once it fruits
  • 4. Make a soft do with warm water and rest for one hour.
  • 5. This will double in size. Now Punch it and take out all the air.
  • 6. Take small ball size dough And roll it and put the stuffing inside.
  • 7. Make it in moon shape and seal the ends with fork.
  • 8. For the stuffing.
  • 9. SautĂ© Onions in a little oil till translucent with a little salt.
  • 10. Now add all the other veggies and sautĂ© for three minutes let it not overcook.
  • 11. When warm add in the pizza sauce and keep aside.
  • 12. Make these goodies at 190 to 200° for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
  • 13. Before baking brush and milk on each of the calzones.
