Mix all the dry ingredients and combine well till it's mixed properly. Now add little by little mixture of lukewarm water and milk.

Knead it for 2-3 minutes and then add 2 tbsp olive oil. Now again knead it via stretch and fold method for 10 minutes and adding remaining oil to the dough.

Then tuck the dough properly, cover it and keep it to proof for first time in a warm place.

Once it's double knead again for 2 minutes to knock out the air.

Flatten the dough by rolling it and then start rolling the dough tightly from one end by pinching properly. Place this dough in a bread tin.

Keep it aside for 2nd proofing. Now bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes.

Once it's baked properly remove from bread tin and let it cool on a wire rack.

After 3-4 hour cut the healthy bread with the help of a serrated knife. The bread is ready to serve!
