Made this bread from whole wheat flour from scratch at home. Homemade breads are always a bit dense but nothing can beat them in taste!

Ingredients For Whole wheat flour bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix all the dry ingredients and combine well till it's mixed properly. Now add little by little mixture of lukewarm water and milk.
  • 2. Knead it for 2-3 minutes and then add 2 tbsp olive oil. Now again knead it via stretch and fold method for 10 minutes and adding remaining oil to the dough.
  • 3. Then tuck the dough properly, cover it and keep it to proof for first time in a warm place.
  • 4. Once it's double knead again for 2 minutes to knock out the air.
  • 5. Flatten the dough by rolling it and then start rolling the dough tightly from one end by pinching properly. Place this dough in a bread tin.
  • 6. Keep it aside for 2nd proofing. Now bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes.
  • 7. Once it's baked properly remove from bread tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
  • 8. After 3-4 hour cut the healthy bread with the help of a serrated knife. The bread is ready to serve!
