Methods

How to make Whole wheat flour masala mathri Recipe

1. First of all add all the spices in the wheat flour and mix it.
2. Now add oil to it and mix with palm for apply moyan.
3. Now knead a soft dough with water and keep it covered for 30 minutes.
4. Now make 3 equal balls out of it. And roll out 1 inch thick roti from 1 ball. And pierce it with a fork so that the mathri does not swell.
5. Now cut round shape with the help of cookie cutter or any round lid.
6. Similarly make all the mathris and deep fry them in oil till they become golden and crispy.
