Good product

Shahi paneer masala
This paneer masala has a very good aroma. I prefer adding only a little bit of this masala and rest of the home spices. You can prepare the gravy with only this masala as it gives out a very good color to the gravy.

This masala allows you to prepare one of the most sort after Mughal dishes; the Shahi Paneer. It gives you the taste and aroma of a restaurant quality gravy. I have tried to make Shahi Chicken also with the same masala and works equally well!

Perfect for shai paneer
This Everest shai paneer masala is good for making shai paneer it has perfect amount of spices in it. It provides a good flavour . I usually use cashew paste with cream while making shai paneer.
