Put butter and oil in a pan. Now add all the hole spices, and finely chop the onion.

Now grind tomatoes, garlic, green chillies and ginger in a mixer jar. Now put the grated tomatoes in the pan. And cook till the oil leaves the gravy.

Now fry the gram flour in a pan. Now add salt, turmeric and red chili powder to the paneer and keep it covered for 5-7 minutes. Then put some ghee in the pan and bake the paneer by turning it over.

Now add gram flour and all the spices in the gravy. Add little water. Add Paneer and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

Now add garam masala and kasoori methi.
