Ingredients For Aalu Tamatar ki tarri wali Sabji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the potatoes and chop roughly. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them crackle.
  • 2. Add red chilli, hing , chopped onion and green chillies to it. Add chopped tomatoes and saute them till they become soft.
  • 3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder to it.
  • 4. Add chopped potatoes, stir. Add 1 cup water and let the potato tomato curry cook for 7-8 minutes on a low flame, till it thickens slightly.
  • 5. Garnish with some coriander leaves.Serve this sabji with kachori, pooris or paratha.
