Ingredients For Alu Bonda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cool boiled potatoes. Peel and mash it .
  • 2. Add all the ingredients. Divide the mixture into equal parts. Make round or oval shape balls.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of batter. Mix it. Gradually add water and make little thick batter. Whisk it well.
  • 4. Heat oil in a wok. Take a potato ball dip it in batter, deep fry all the bonda till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
