Firstly we will prepare the alu tikki . For this, take boiled potatoes. Add salt, black salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, rice flour, chopped green chilies and mix really well. Do not add any water.

Make balls of your choice of size from the mixture and flatten to prepare tikkis. Now shallow fry the tikki both sides till it is golden brown in colour.

Now to assemble the alu tikki chaat, firstly take curd and whisk till smooth. Place 2 or 3 hot alu tikkis in each serving plate. Pour curd as required and drizzle some green chutney. Again, drizzle sweet tamarind chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin seed and red chili roasted powder, black salt.

Finish off by adding chopped onions, green chilies, bhujia sev, coriander leaves on the top. Serve immediately.
