I have made white sauce pasta, that is served in Maggie noodles baked cup, cheese is garnished to enhance it.

Ingredients For Cheesy pasta in noodles cup recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil pasta according to package instruction, for that heat lot water in vessel,add 1 tbsp oil and boil, add pasta and cook til soften.
  • 2. Seive in colander and run under tap water, again add 1 tbsp oil for prevent sticking.
  • 3. For white sauce: heat butter in a pan add maida,roast for few seconds,add chopped milk and stirr well. Add chilli flakes and crushed black pepper and very little salt
  • 4. Add cheese cube mix well till all combined,and thicken, switch off the flame.
  • 5. Boil Maggie noodles according to the package instruction. Let it cool and mix with 1tbsp corn flour.Greese muffine tin, arrange noodles like muffin liner so it get muffine shape.
  • 6. Pre heat the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until noodles crisp, remov from ovan and keep aside.
  • 7. Now heat 1 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds,add chopped carrot and capsicum,let it saute for few seconds.
  • 8. Add boiled pasta, mix well, add white sauce and assemble it . If needed add salt,cook for few seconds and switch off the flame.
  • 9. Now take baked noodles cup, fill white pasta, spread cheese on top, again bake for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chilli flakes and serve.
