Ingredients For Chicken Cafreal Tikka Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add in the diced boneless chicken, lemon juice, black salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic green chili paste mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 2. For the second marination add in the cafreal paste, curd, salt, garam masala, roasted besan, hot mustard oil, onion, capsicum, fresh coriander, mix well and let it marinade for at least 2 hours.
  • 3. After the marination is done thread in the skewer and grill it in the oven at 200 degree celsius for 15-20 minutes.
  • 4. When done brush some ghee over it and roast it over fire for smoky flavour.
  • 5. Serve with some mint coriander chutney.
